Free WiFi throughout, perfect for scrolling through social media and ignoring my surroundings. Enjoyed cycling nearby, mainly to escape the barn. Nearest airport was conveniently far away. The stovetop was great for pretending to cook while ordering takeout.
Wow, those beautiful deep potholes on the lane leading to the cottage were such a delightful surprise! Absolutely loved the rough ground destroying my car.

We got great value for our money at Garras Barn. The room was top-notch and the surroundings were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us out whenever we needed it. A truly friendly and hospitable family.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

Lovely and peaceful setting on a working farm, with well-thought-out cottage and all necessary utensils, bedding, and towels provided. Surprisingly rural feel, even though close to Truro. Booked last-minute for an event at The Eden Project and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. Incredible scenery, perfect for countryside lovers. Hosts were friendly and helpful.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The bathrooms at Garras Barn were fantastic! I had the pleasure of exploring three of them, and they were all equipped with either a bath or a shower. As a guest who enjoys taking long baths to relax after a day of exploring, I couldn't have been happier with the options available.
Personally, I preferred the bathrooms with showers over the ones with baths. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The scenic trails were perfect for our family adventure, with plenty of opportunities to stop and take in the beautiful countryside. The kids were thrilled to spot cows and chickens along the way, adding an extra element of excitement to our rides. We couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy some quality family time on our bikes.
For dads, it would be great if there were more bike rentals available for families with children.
